Mr Constant SOSSOULO is Graduate in Management (National School of Management of Morrocco) and he is working since 6 years on managing ICT companies in West Africa. Since 2004, He is also the Executive Director of BorgouNET NGO in Benin. His job at BorgouNET is to make the project running by itself without any fund from abroad. Since 2005, BorgouNET NGO has financed 2 others projects by providing Internet Access to Rural Community (NGOs, Projects and Schools) in Several departments in Benin.
