Eng. Yezid Donoso Meisel, PhD.,  He is a professor at the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. Director of the Computer Network postgraduate program and the Master program in System and Computer Engineering at the Universidad del Norte.

Dr Johnson I Agbinya is a Faculty member in ICT in the University of Technology, Sydney Australia and an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the University of the Western Cape, Bellville, South Africa. He obtained PhD in Electronic Communication Engineering from La Trobe University in Melbourne and MSc in the same field from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He has published extensively including more than 100 peer-reviewed Journal and conference papers and a book on the Internet.

 

Dr. Mieso Denko   is an Associate Professor of Computing and Information Science, University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada. He also teaches in the Applied Computing and Wireless Telecommunications Technology Program at the University of Guelph-Humber, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Dr. Waltenegus Dargie is a researcher at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. He obtained a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Nazareth Technical College, Ethiopia, an MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, and PhD in Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Dresden. Prior to his position at the TU Dresden, he has been working as a researcher at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, the University of Kassel and at the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering, Kaiserslautern.

 

Ebenezer Malcolm is a Ghanaian. He is the Executive Director of Rescue Mission Ghana an International NGO that promotes the concept of sustainable development. His professional background is in development work.

Getahun Mekuria Born in Ethiopia and completed high school in 1987 from Bedelle Comprehensive secondary school. In 1992 and 1999 he obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, in Electrical Eng. and Communication Eng., respectively, from Addis Ababa University (AAU).  

 

Pablo Osuna García Born in 1980, he got his telecommunication engineering degree in 2006 from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). In 2003 he started to work for Telefonica I+D. In 2004 he moved to Ireland and worked for Digiweb, an innovative Irish Wireless ISP, mainly involved in wireless setups (Wi-Fi and preWimax equipment).

Ramon Puigjaner Professor of Computer Architecture and Technology of the Department of Computer Science of the Universitat de les Illes Balears (Palma de Mallorca, Spain). Involved in several international cooperation and national research and development projects. Deeply involved in the organization of compter science and engineering curricula.
